Our company is looking for an expert in software development and support to join our team as a Technical Solution Expert. This position is responsible for coordinating with the R&D product team to resolve technical issues, analyzing customer scenarios, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with the R&D Product team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Analyzes customer scenarios and finds root causes of product problems
  • Provides leadership and guidance during customer escalations and emergencies
  • Mentors and supports junior team members in their professional development
Requirements

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Software Engineering
  • At least 7 years of experience in software development, support, or QA
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in service support environment with emphasis on case handling
  • Experience working on Unix/Linux Operating Systems
  • Experience working with Java, Python, XML, and JSON
  • Exposure to VIMs like OpenStack and its Heat Orchestration Templates
  • Database knowledge: operational experience with Non-SQL Databases like Aerospike
  • Experience working in Policy or Charging domains is mandatory
  • Understanding of protocols such as Diameter and HTTP/2, APIs based on REST and SOAPUI – a plus
  • SPS uses Swagger, Prometheus, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Keycloak, etc. – Ability to understand how these S/W components are used, configured, and troubleshoot is an added advantage
