Job Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned security professional to oversee the security operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong management expertise and be able to supervise security personnel, assign monitoring tasks, and provide training in security protocols.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervising security staff and assigning monitoring tasks
  • Maintaining and updating security policies, checklists, and procedure manuals
  • Familiarity with current building security systems, fire safety regulations, and life safety code requirements
  • Managing manpower records for on-roll and contract staff, training documents, compliance files, and scheduling details
  • Conducting regular fire drills for security and unit staffs
  • Physically patrolling designated areas, focusing on elevators, and all ingress and egress points using surveillance equipment, access control points, and alarms
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field with 10 years of experience in security
  • Relevant experience in required building types (residential, commercial) is preferred

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, maturity to handle emergency situations, and knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques and inspection of backflow devices.
