Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Adobe Target/AEM Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and customizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions with a focus on Adobe Target integration.

This role is responsible for the design and development of AEM components, templates, and workflows to support web and digital experience needs.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for configuring and customizing AEM publishing processes and related functionalities.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows.
  • Configure and customize AEM publishing processes and related functionalities.
  • Manage and enhance AEM Assets configurations.
  • Integrate Adobe Target with AEM to enable personalization, optimization, and testing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with architects, UX, and marketing teams to align solutions with business requirements.

The selected candidate will possess strong expertise in Adobe Target for personalization and experimentation, as well as proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and HTL (Sightly).

AEM Assets configuration and customization experience is also highly desirable.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular) is also required.

Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud integrations is beneficial but not essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service is mandatory.

  • Strong expertise in Adobe Target for personalization and experimentation.
  • Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and HTL (Sightly).
  • Experience with AEM Assets configuration and customization.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (Analytics, Campaign, etc.).
