About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Web Application Developer to contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of web applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PHP and CodeIgniter frameworks to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop dynamic web applications using PHP and CodeIgniter.
  • Write clean, well-structured code following best practices.
  • Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.
  • Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and testers to deliver quality solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging web technologies and propose improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a PHP Developer.
  • Strong expertise in the CodeIgniter framework.
  • Solid understanding of PHP 7/8, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
  • Knowledge of MVC architecture and OOP concepts.
  • Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization.

Good to Have (Optional):

  • Experience with Laravel or other PHP frameworks.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
