Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled US Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating top talent to meet our clients' needs. Your primary goal will be to develop effective search strategies and build strong relationships with candidates to ensure the best fit for our clients' requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored search strategies to meet client requirements
- SOURCE CANDIDATES THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS, INCLUDING JOB PORTALS, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND INTERNAL DATABASES
- Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and competencies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling and coordination
- Build strong relationships with candidates and secure referrals
- Negotiate terms of employment and gain candidate commitment
- Collaborate with the North America sales team to meet client needs
- Provide regular updates to candidates and ensure timely communication
