Lead Software Development

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Development professional to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency in application development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Expected to be an SME.
  2. Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  3. Responsible for team decisions.
  4. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  5. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  6. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  7. Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Must have proficiency in Node.js.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Node.js.
  • This position is based at our office.
  • A full-time education is required.
