Creative Design Lead

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that showcases their passion for illustrative design and typography.
Key Responsibilities- Design high-impact visual assets for digital and print platforms, aligned with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver visually consistent content.
- Present design concepts, justify creative decisions, and adapt based on feedback.
- Ensure all visual materials meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, etc & Figma.
- Strong foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles.
- Ability to design for web, print, and social media platforms.
- Experience creating brand collateral, logos, and marketing assets.
- Familiarity with print processes and file setup for print.
- Experience in asset optimisation for performance and speed.
- Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest).
