System Reliability Engineer

As a System Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and deploying automated systems to ensure high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy infrastructure as code using IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Implement automation scripts using Python, Bash, or other languages.
  • Monitor system reliability and optimize it for better performance and security.
  • Establish best practices for DevOps and compliance controls.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in infrastructure and deployment.
Core Technical Skills:
  • Deep experience with IaC tools, scripting languages, and AI-enhanced automation.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
  • Cloud infrastructure management including AWS, Azure, GCP, and container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Log analysis and incident prediction using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK.
  • Experience with MLOps including model traceability and compliance.
  • AI-assisted workflow tools for script management, incident response, and security policy enforcement.

  • Drive DevOps culture change and foster collaboration among teams.
  • Effective communication across development, security, and business teams.
  • Mentorship and process rigor with an open mind towards AI-driven productivity improvements.
