This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the Portfolio Selection Committee's decisions and Portfolio Strategy Planning, aligning with growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new product opportunities across therapies in the small molecules space based on medical and marketing feasibility.
• Conduct thorough analysis of secondary market data to understand available opportunities across therapies.
• Preliminary IP landscaping of products with respect to various patents globally.
• Develop a business case for proposed products at the portfolio selection meeting.
• Track market updates, such as label expansions, competitor entry, safety warnings, quarterly sales, and API supplier updates.
• Stay ahead of market trends through competitor analysis.
• Explore new entry channels through in-licensing and other opportunities to drive business growth.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong understanding of IP landscape in pharma across markets.
• Familiarity with pharma regulatory requirements in at least US, EU, and emerging markets.
• Understanding of formulation selection process, including medical uniqueness, commercial forecasting, and fitment with company capabilities.
• Knowledge of forecasting, patient funneling, and pricing strategy.
• Experience with data platforms like IQVIA, Corelli's, IPD analytics, and Global Data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.

Education Qualification: M. Pharm/M.Sc Chemistry/MBA from a reputable Institute/University.

Work Experience: 3 to 5 years in Portfolio, Strategy, and/or IPM roles.
