We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to lead the development and operation of highly reliable and scalable products.

This position is responsible for making technical decisions, collaborating with development teams and platform engineers, and building and operating systems that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities include quantitatively measuring and managing system reliability, achieving appropriate risk balance through SLI/SLOs. This includes automating operations to reduce human error, responding quickly to incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying technical challenges, proactively planning solutions, and driving projects to resolution. They will also have experience working closely with developers and platform engineers to promote continuous improvements, ensuring that systems remain resilient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

A successful candidate will have experience defining and implementing Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs), as well as analyzing and improving system bottlenecks and conducting capacity planning.

In this role, you will also be responsible for conducting postmortems and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence, continuously improving the incident management process and optimizing on-call operations, and optimizing deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows to improve release efficiency and rollback capabilities.

You will also work closely with other engineering teams to optimize infrastructure and improve reliability. A strong background in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or related field is required, as well as experience with programming languages such as Go, Python, or Bash for automation and tooling development.
