UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. This unique hybrid role requires a creative thinker who can drive the user experience and interface design for digital products while also taking full ownership of public-facing websites.

The ideal candidate is proficient in both disciplines, capable of creating intuitive, user-centric product designs and building complex, pixel-perfect, and highly interactive websites.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user interfaces that meet business requirements and user needs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across digital products.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and create data-driven user personas and journey maps.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of professional, hands-on experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building complex component structures, dynamic content, and sophisticated interactions.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
