Lead Data Scientist

About This Role:

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science team.

  • Craft innovative generative AI solutions, driving business growth and excellence.
  • Maintain a cutting-edge approach by staying updated on the latest advancements in generative AI, deep learning, and related areas.
  • Develop effective communication strategies to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Becoming Our Ideal Candidate:

  • You have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying Large Language Model-based applications.
  • Your expertise spans proficient coding skills in Python and SQL, along with a thorough understanding of prompt engineering principles.
  • You have hands-on experience with LangChain and its core concepts, including agents, chains, memory, and tools.
  • Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings is also essential.
  • You possess an in-depth understanding of the landscape of Large Language Models, encompassing the GPT family and open-source models like LLaMA and Falcon.
  • A working understanding of cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS, is required.
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing is beneficial.
  • You have a solid grasp of API fundamentals.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of AWS services, such as Lambda and Sagemaker.
