Job Opportunity:

  • To lead and direct the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis process.
  • Develop and manage forecasts for monthly, quarterly, and annual results, recommending cost reduction strategies as needed.
  • Interact regularly with senior management and department heads to ensure alignment of company priorities with mission, vision, and objectives.
  • Drive business partnering support through data analysis and develop strong relationships across the organization.
  • Analyze actuals against budget and forecast to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide timely, detailed, and meaningful insights on business performance to inform decision making.
  • Offer commercial insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly management information reports (PnL) with variance analysis to facilitate informed decision making.
  • Manage working capital effectively for the organization.
  • Identify and understand business challenges and propose solutions to drive growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in business administration in finance from a top-tier institution or CA equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in managing a similar role with a proven track record.
  • Detailed knowledge of sales and revenue drivers.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
