About this Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vocational Training Officer to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quarterly and annual returns as per Vocational Training Rules, 1966.
- They will also prepare candidate lists for initial and refresher training, impart practical training, and create training schedules that align with production plans.
- Additionally, the role involves preparing modules as per MVTR-1966, updating forms and annexures, and maintaining training records.
- It is essential to have a First Class Mining Certificate and be fluent in Telugu and Hindi languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quarterly and annual returns as per Vocational Training Rules, 1966.
- Prepare candidate lists for initial/refresher training along with imparting practical training.
- Training schedule to match up with production plans to ensure 100% training compliance without affecting production.
- Prepare modules as per MVTR-1966.
- Update all Forms & Annexures as per MVTR along with other training records.
- Responsible to keep records of training and at the end of every quarter & year, send report to the Chief Inspector of Mines or the Regional Inspector of Mines having jurisdiction over the training centre.
- Ensure 100% compliance of all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to their concerned area.
- Active participation in safety training, safety sub-committees, standard champions meetings, and any safety events.
- Prepare MIS report and responsible to update QCDIP & LCM.
- To know about IMS and other systems requirement and documents for Non-Conformity in section during internal and external audits or assessments.
