  • Legal Advisory & Compliance:
    • Provide expert guidance on corporate, commercial, employment, and data protection laws across multiple regions
    • Evaluate compliance with local and international regulations, including GDPR and other data privacy laws applicable to the organization
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes globally and advise management on potential risks and opportunities
    • Develop and implement internal legal policies and best practices for the Company and employees
  • Contract Management:
    • Draft, review, negotiate, and execute Contracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with clients, vendors, partners, and employees within the market ecosystem
    • Ensure contracts align with the company's legal and commercial interests
    • Maintain a contract repository and manage renewals

    • Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and settlements
    • Respond to legal notices and regulatory inquiries
