Financial Accountant Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our team in Noida. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect transaction evidence/documents, prepare journal entries, sub-ledgers, and general ledgers; perform monthly closing according to the timeline.
  • Monitor receivables and payables.
  • Process payments for GST and TDS.
  • Reconcile company bank accounts.
  • Maintain organized records and files for transaction support.
  • Assist external auditors during audits and help finalize accounts.
  • Collaborate with the headquarters' finance team.
  • Assist with fixed assets and materials/products counting at outsourcing manufacturing sites.
  • Prepare financial statements and provide account schedules for year-end audits.
  • Ensure all documents and procedures comply with company policy, procedure, and government regulations.

Requirements:
  • Qualification: BS Accountancy graduate, passed licensure examination is an advantage.
  • Work experience: Preferably 5 years in Electronics Devices Manufacturing industry.
  • Working ability:
    • Oracle and Notes experience preferred but knowledge of other ERP management systems acceptable.
    • Possessing India GAAP and Tax knowledge.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
    • Good communication skills in English both oral and written.
  • Work style: Honest, responsible, hardworking, with good analytical skills.
