About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned game programmer to define the technical roadmap of our project and collaborate with designers and artists to bring the game to life. This expert will guide the programming team, ensure high-quality code, and contribute to the overall direction of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with game designers, artists, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and technical specifications.
  • Develop complex gameplay systems, mechanics, and features using Unreal Engine, ensuring they align with the project's vision and objectives.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and development in Unreal Engine and game development practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Senior Unreal Game Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Extensive experience with Unreal Engine and a deep understanding of its core systems, Blueprints, and C++ programming.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Shipped at least one title on PC, console, or mobile platforms using Unreal Engine, with active involvement in the project for more than 6 months.
  • Experience with version control systems.
