Job Title: Software Automation Specialist

This role is for an expert in software automation and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, including Tosca.

The position requires a strong understanding of testing methodologies, including black box, white box, and gray box testing. Experience with Salesforce applications and API testing is highly desirable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop automated test scripts using Tosca
  • Design and implement manual test cases for Salesforce CPQ/Salesforce Service cloud applications
  • Create and run automation test scripts using Tosca
  • Conduct API testing using Tosca
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and story refinement
  • Identify, log, and track defects, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to revalidate fixes
  • Support test optimization efforts through reusable components and automation improvements
  • Provide input on story refinement and share QA insights during sprint ceremonies
  • Apply test design techniques (including positive, negative, and edge case coverage) to improve overall quality outcomes
  • Validate Salesforce workflows, custom objects, and system integrations across different environments
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify gaps, clarify requirements, and ensure robust test coverage

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • 3-12 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a balance of both test automation and manual testing
  • Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment, actively contributing to sprint planning and test-driven development
  • Strong hands-on automation experience with programming skills
  • TOSCA Certification (TA1 or equivalent) or Salesforce Certification such as Administrator
