Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day hostel activities, ensuring safety, discipline, and student well-being. As a mentor, they will provide emotional and academic support to students, maintaining records related to student welfare and hostel management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate hostel operations, promoting a safe and supportive environment for students.Act as a role model, fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior.Organize and lead extracurricular activities that encourage teamwork, community building, and social responsibility.Respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations.Requirements:
