About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Compensation Strategist to join our team at Infosys.

As a key member of our compensation and benefits team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation models, allowances, salary ranges, and long-term incentive programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation structures that drive business performance and engagement.
  • Design and manage reward programs that recognize and motivate high-performing employees.
  • Analyze market data and industry trends to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on our compensation programs.
  • Communicate compensation policies and procedures to employees and managers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
