We are seeking a highly motivated Compensation Strategist to join our team at Infosys.
As a key member of our compensation and benefits team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation models, allowances, salary ranges, and long-term incentive programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compensation structures that drive business performance and engagement.
- Design and manage reward programs that recognize and motivate high-performing employees.
- Analyze market data and industry trends to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on our compensation programs.
- Communicate compensation policies and procedures to employees and managers.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary range: ₹15,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum (approximately USD $190,000 - $380,000).
