Senior Technology Lead Position

We are seeking a seasoned tech lead with extensive experience in PHP based coding with MySQL, to join our team. This individual should have exposure towards platforms such as Magento, Joomla, Drupal and WP.

  • A strong SQL skills are essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a team of Developers.
  • Experience undertaking R&D initiatives is also a must.
  • The successful applicant should have experience working with international clients on various projects.
  • Project Management, Product enhancements and Requirements analysis are key responsibilities for this position.
  • Active participation in database structure development is also expected.
  • The ability to develop PHP backend code for pre created site storyboards in HTML is a requirement.
  • Coordinating with the QA team to resolve bugs is also an important aspect of this role.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
  • Leading a team & Effectively Coordinating with Team Members is crucial for success.
  • Good knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management is necessary.
  • High-level problem-solving abilities and logical analysis skills are required.
  • Strong debugging skills, ability to quickly read and modify the existing code are essential.
  • Proficient in PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML5, ZEND framework Javascript, AJAX & XML.
  • Strong knowledge in CMS like Magento, Joomla, & WordPress, etc.
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary for this role.
