IT Automation Technical Expert

We are seeking an exceptional IT Automation professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in automation solutions and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep technical understanding of automation solutions and industry best practices.
  • Align technology, processes, and resources to enable rapid automation solution delivery.
  • Continuously evaluate automation tools and technologies, understand the automation technology landscape, and lead the selection and implementation of platforms.
  • Design and develop robust integration strategies using connectors and APIs to accelerate delivery and support consumption by both business and internal teams.
  • Collaborate across frontend, backend, DevOps, and delivery teams to ensure seamless API performance and reliability.
  • Lead the automation platform architecture operations, ensuring technologies are stable, secure, performant, compliant, resilient, and reliable on a scale.
  • Develop and maintain automation metrics and KPIs, including definitions, measurements, automated alerts, and dashboards to track internal service delivery and business impact.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field with 10+ years of experience in automation space, application solution delivery, and technical leadership.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in solution architecture, development, and end-to-end technical delivery prior automation experience including RPA and Automation Anywhere expertise.
  • Proven experience in enterprise RPA environments with hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere 360.
  • Strong understanding of agentless automation, intelligent automation, and their application in business transformation.
