Job SummaryThis is a unique opportunity to join our creative team as a Group Head - Art, based in Udyog Vihar, Phase 5. As a Group Head, you will be responsible for leading a team of creatives and overseeing the development of innovative campaigns that drive business results.
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Art Director with a minimum of 6 years of design experience, preferably from a mainline advertising/ digital / creative agency. You should have a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, design, craft, and brand building, with a portfolio that reflects your expertise.
Key Responsibilities- You will conceptualize and design integrated communication campaigns that span mainline and digital channels, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current market trends, social media platforms, and usability principles to inform your creative decisions.
- Lead a team of creatives, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality work that meets client expectations.
- Supervise and allocate personnel for all creative assignments, fostering positive relationships between the creative department and other agency functional areas.
- Manage and delegate work effectively, leveraging problem-solving skills and critical thinking to create opportunities for innovation.
- A minimum of 6 to 9 years of digital design or advertising experience, preferably from an advertising agency.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and well-versed in case study creation and direction.
- Knowledge of social platforms, including Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, and others.
- Breadth of style and design capability, with a strong understanding of web standards, concepts, and industry trends.
- Ability to manage and lead a team, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and professional development opportunities.
