Job Title: Quality Assurance Expert

Our organization is seeking an accomplished quality assurance expert to play a key role in our team. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects, collaborate with skilled colleagues, and contribute to the success of our business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Determine the scope of testing within the context of each release or delivery
  • Provide regular status updates to the Test Lead/Manager
  • Support the testing team
  • Closely collaborate with Business Analysts, functional leads, and the Development team
  • Support in test planning and manage the testing effort for any given release
  • Design test scenarios and test cases
  • Bug tracking and reporting
  • Defect coordination
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must have experience in the e-commerce domain with expertise in both mobile and web testing
  • Good experience in API testing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and its methodologies, such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile
  • Proficient in writing and executing test plans and test cases in highly structured environments, performing all types of testing
  • Solid hands-on experience in integration testing, functional testing, black box testing, user acceptance testing, system testing, smoke testing, and regression testing
  • Able to identify test scenarios, estimate test effort, and create test plans
  • Working experience with Jira and Agile-driven projects
  • Good to have experience in performance testing and Firebase Analytics
  • Advantage to have experience in tools for mobile testing
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Implement effective managerial and testing techniques
  • Ability to interact with technical teams to convert functional requirements to test specifications
  • Must have excellent written and communication skills
  • Experienced in preparing test data, preparation of test cases, and test execution
  • Very client-focused regarding service delivery
