Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2 years of Amazon blue badge FTE experience.
  • Basic understanding of the logistics space and ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form.
  • Ability to come up with process improvements and drive them through completion.
