We are seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to join our TechOps team within the IT Infra & Security department. Your key responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native operations to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of fintech products.

  • DevOps Leadership: Lead and manage DevOps practices including CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, system monitoring, and environment management across staging and production environments.
  • Infrastructure Engineering: Design and maintain high-availability and scalable systems using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Cloud Management: Manage cloud infrastructure across platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure ensuring cost optimization, reliability, and performance.
  • Security Implementation: Implement and enforce security best practices, including network/firewall policies, secrets management, and compliance audits.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor and maintain system performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or CloudWatch.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes and improve build/deploy strategies.
  • Talent Development: Guide and mentor junior DevOps engineers; drive adoption of modern DevOps and SRE principles.
  • Disaster Recovery Planning: Take ownership of disaster recovery planning, backup solutions, and incident response playbooks.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and recovery procedures.
  • Agile Environment: Work in Agile/Scrum environment and participate in sprint planning and stand-ups as required.
