We are seeking a seasoned Blockchain Architect to lead our technical efforts in Solana blockchain development. With 3+ years of experience in designing, building, and optimizing high-performance dApps, smart contracts, and on-chain programs, you will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and working closely with product teams to deliver scalable blockchain solutions.About the Job

We aim to build cutting-edge blockchain applications that push the boundaries of what is possible. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our on-chain and off-chain software systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality on-chain and off-chain software systems.
  • Write efficient, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Lead technical discussions, provide mentorship, and set the development roadmap for blockchain projects.
  • Document technical designs, APIs, and user guides in a clear and developer-friendly manner.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across on-chain and off-chain components.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Rust language (must have good development experience in Rust and its ecosystem).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Rust development, with at least 2+ years of experience in Solana blockchain.
  • Ability to guide the development team in writing performant and optimized code in Rust.
  • Hands-on experience building full-stack Solana Web3 applications, from smart contracts to frontend dApps.
  • Proficiency in writing, testing, and deploying Solana smart contracts.
  • Strong understanding of various Token Standards (fungible, non-fungible, etc.).
  • Experience with DeFi protocols: DEX aggregators, AMMs, order books, and liquidity management.
  • R&D skills with the ability to prototype quickly and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex blockchain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
