Product Support Associate

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Support Associate to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the success of our users, providing them with seamless support and empowering them to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Fluency in Hindi is essential for engaging with users effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to platform users via email and phone calls, ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Upsell premium packages and add-on services, increasing awareness of our offerings among users.
  • Educate users on additional publishing services, including cover design, marketing packages, and distribution options.
  • Gather valuable insights from users on their experience, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Share user feedback with internal teams to inform product improvements and enhance user experience.
