Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP developer to lead the development and delivery of SAP ABAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Object-Oriented ABAP, SAP Gateway, and Fiori/UI5 development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ABAP developers.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in development and documentation.
  • Develop custom programs, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms using ABAP.
  • Work on Object-Oriented ABAP, ALV Reports, SmartForms, BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits.
  • Build and consume OData services for Fiori applications.
  • Collaborate with Basis and functional teams for system integration and performance tuning.
  • Optimize code for scalability and maintainability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
  • Strong expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, SAP Gateway, and Fiori/UI5 development.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, CDS Views, and AMDP.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Retail, Manufacturing, or Utilities domains.
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP, CAP, or Java is a plus.
  • SAP ABAP certification is desirable.
