Senior Interior Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Interior Designer to bring their expertise in creating innovative and functional interior designs for residential spaces. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive design concepts and plans for residential interior spaces, taking into account the needs and preferences of clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Design and develop detailed construction drawings for production, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Select and specify materials, finishes, and hardware that meet client expectations, while considering budget and sustainability factors.
  • Conduct site measurements and assess the space to create accurate designs that fit perfectly within the available area.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to clients in a clear and concise manner, using visual aids and communication skills to ensure understanding.
  • Prepare quotations and estimates for design services, providing transparency and clarity to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design, preferably with a senior role, demonstrating expertise and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape, showcasing technical abilities and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with designing for modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and interiors, showcasing versatility and creativity.
  • Knowledge of materials, finishes, and hardware, ensuring informed design decisions that meet client expectations.
Preferred Skills:
  • AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape proficiency.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Client handling and relationship building.
