Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Biostatistics Expert to join our team.

This is a key role that involves providing expert statistical consultation to projects across the organization on statistical methodology and solving complex statistical problems.

  • Supervise and direct the work of biostatisticians, associate biostatisticians, and SAS programmers on clinical research studies.
  • Review proposed statistical designs for research studies and lead project teams in developing study analysis plans and statistical programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with current statistical and medical literature to ensure sound methodologies are adopted.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters or PhD degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience with a Masters degree or 1 year with a PhD, including methodological statistical research and publication/presentation of work in statistical methods development.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in statistical methods and applications, strong programming skills in SAS and/or R, and expertise in state-of-the-art data manipulation and statistical methodology.
