Cloud Data Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in designing and implementing scalable data engineering solutions while working on advanced cloud-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and optimize data pipelines using BigQuery, Dataflow, DataProc, and Cloud Composer.
  • Implement Big Data Analytics solutions leveraging Hadoop, Hive, and Spark on GCP.
  • Write efficient queries and scripts with SQL, PySpark, and Python for large-scale data processing.
  • Work with orchestration and messaging tools like Airflow, Kafka, Git, Jenkins, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, bringing strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
  • Apply Agile methodologies in project delivery and leverage data visualization tools (Tableau / MicroStrategy) for business insights.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in GCP Data Engineering (BigQuery, Dataflow, DataProc, PySpark, Python, Cloud Composer).
  • Proficiency with Tableau or MicroStrategy (MSTR) for reporting and dashboards.
  • Strong foundation in data modeling, optimization, and pipeline orchestration.
