As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced and meticulous Content Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of our video production, graphic design, and e-learning materials.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for conducting thorough quality checks on e-learning videos, courses, and assessments, ensuring content accuracy, design consistency, branding adherence, and script/storyboard alignment.
  • In this integral position, you will develop and implement instructional design strategies, including storyboarding, scripting, and proofreading, to create effective and engaging e-learning content.
Responsibilities
  1. Quality Control: Conduct rigorous quality checks on all digital content to ensure it meets our high standards for quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
  2. Instructional Design Integration: Develop and implement comprehensive instructional design strategies, incorporating storyboarding, scripting, and proofreading, to enhance the effectiveness and engagement of e-learning content.
  3. Video Production Quality: Oversee and verify the quality of video production, ensuring that it meets our strict standards for visual appeal and content relevance.
  4. E-learning Development Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the content creation team to develop and refine e-learning materials, ensuring they are informative, accurate, and engaging.
  5. Storyboard and Script Analysis: Analyze storyboard elements and scripts, providing expert feedback and recommendations to ensure clarity, coherence, and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • A degree or certification in Creative Arts, Video Production, Graphic Design, Animation, or Instructional Design is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role within the Education, EdTech, Animation, Media, Journalism, or Knowledge Management Systems industry is highly desirable.

  • Proven expertise in video production, graphic design, and e-learning content creation.
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles, with hands-on experience in content creation and issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software for content creation, quality control, and issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a keen eye for design consistency and branding guidelines.
