Creating Impactful Designs

This role involves creating visually compelling content that supports our mission of promoting sustainable urban mobility and community engagement.
We are seeking a skilled visual designer to develop creative concepts and designs for all print and digital media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Design Requirements:
- Create visual concepts and designs for various mediums, including posters, banners, social media graphics, and event signage.
- Develop infographics and charts from research data and reports.
- Design dynamic content for social media platforms to drive engagement and amplify key messages.
- Capture and edit photos and videos from events and projects.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or diploma in Visual Arts or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a visual designer, preferably with a focus on social impact or urban development.
- Proven track record in creating successful visual campaigns for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
- Familiarity with urban mobility, road safety, or public health campaigns.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a range of creative and impactful design work.
