Job Title: ERP Transformation Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Transformation Lead to join our team at Motorola Solutions. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale ERP implementation and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of ERP transformation initiatives, from project initiation and planning to successful deployment and ongoing support.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Manage program budget, resources, and risks across multiple projects.
  • Oversee communication and stakeholder engagement for the entire ERP program.
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, including analysts, developers, and system administrators.
  • Lead the integration of the core ERP system with multiple downstream applications and systems.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and ensure successful system adoption.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Lead system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users on the new ERP system.
  • Monitor system performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest ERP trends and technologies, and recommend system enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in leading and managing large-scale ERP implementation and transformation projects.
  • Proven experience with a leading ERP system, including in-depth knowledge of core functionality and configuration options.
  • Strong understanding of system integration principles and practices.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating multiple teams with diverse skillsets.
  • Excellent project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and handle pressure effectively.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience leading and managing large-scale ERP implementation and transformation projects.
