Expected Educational Background:

  • 20 years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the FDA-approved Chemical or Biotech Sector.
  • Extensive experience in managing large teams and working closely with senior management to achieve company objectives.

Role Summary:
A highly experienced professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in overseeing and optimizing manufacturing operations. Proven track record in driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional teams, and aligning operational processes with strategic business goals. Strong leadership and tactical skills with a deep understanding of manufacturing engineering, logistics, and compliance within a production environment.

  • Operational Management: Expertise in managing daily operations of complex manufacturing environments, including production planning, warehouse, and logistics management, engineering, and factory administration. Strong focus on cost control and efficiency.
  • Production Expertise: Proven experience in managing production plants, ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines, and achieving production targets within budget. Capable of identifying and mitigating bottlenecks in production processes.
  • Engineering and Maintenance: Deep understanding of engineering principles, including preventive and breakdown maintenance, utilities management, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Skilled in developing long-term capital plans and implementing energy-saving initiatives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Thorough knowledge of industry-specific regulations with a strong focus on ensuring factory compliance and mitigating operational risks. Experience in developing and implementing emergency response plans.
  • Team Management: Strong leadership skills in supervising and guiding high-performing teams. Experienced in recruiting, training, and developing talent while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  • Budget Management: Competent in developing and managing budgets for factory operations with a strong ability to monitor and control expenses to meet financial objectives.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Proficient in preparing regular reports on operational performance utilizing data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
