Machine Learning Production Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the productionization of models, ensuring high-performing services with clear performance metrics, runbooks, and swift recovery processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deploy models from tracked experiments to governed releases
- Develop automated delivery pipelines using continuous integration and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Create scalable architectures for batch and real-time inference on cloud-based platforms
- Instrument end-to-end monitoring and detect anomalies
- Collaborate across teams to translate requirements into designs, architectural decisions, and change plans
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years operating machine learning systems in production
- Experience with Python for machine learning engineering, continuous integration, infrastructure-as-code, and secure packaging/containerization
- Experience deploying and operating compute for machine learning, implementing tracking and monitoring tools, and operating real-time + batch/streaming inference workloads
- Advanced skills in continuous integration, infrastructure-as-code, and real-time serving
- Databricks governance and feature platform approval/reuse workflows
