As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and innovation by delivering high-quality technology solutions that meet evolving client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write comprehensive business requirements documents that fully cover user requirements and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Plan rigorous testing to guarantee traceability between requirements and test cases, ensuring the highest level of quality.
  • Undertake thorough functional testing of delivered functionality to confirm it meets requirements, documenting issues and managing them effectively towards resolution.
  • Provide expert support to the business during User Acceptance Testing, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Offer user training and support for system implementations, including performing user verification testing where required.
  • Proactively engage, manage and build strong relationships with both business and technology stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  • Take ownership of technology deliveries from high-level requirement through development, testing and deployment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Provide ongoing support to technology teams as required, such as authoring/reviewing test cases, closing out open issues/questions, managing change request process, maintaining high-quality UAT plans, issue trackers promoting visibility within the team and to wider program stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and issues early, plan mitigating steps and communicate these to stakeholders in a timely manner.

You will have a strong understanding of ISO 20022 messaging standards and their application in Indian and International trade finance domain.
