About the Role

The Biostatistician II will work independently in the programming and quality control of derived datasets and statistical outputs, collaborating with experienced biostatisticians to produce analysis plans and reports. This role will provide statistical advice to clients and lead project teams to successful completion within given timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient programming techniques for data analysis and quality control
  • Apply advanced statistical methods to derive insights from complex data
  • Coordinate and lead project teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion
  • Interact with clients to discuss statistical and contractual issues
  • Assist in the production of analysis plans, statistical reports, and other supporting documents
  • Ensure high-quality work through ongoing self-checks
  • Provide training in statistical analysis to internal clients
  • Participate in process/quality improvement initiatives
  • Travel to client meetings to discuss analysis concepts and present study results

Requirements

  • PhD in Statistics or related field (entry-level) or MS in Statistics with 3-6 years of experience
  • Competent in written and oral English, with knowledge of pharmacokinetic data an advantage
