The role of a Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Leader is critical to the success of our organization. This key member of our team will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process.
Regular interaction with the executive team and individual department heads is essential to ensure that company operational priorities are aligned with company mission, vision, values, and direction. The FP&A Leader will lead business partnering support through analytics and drive strong relationships across the business, including Central Finance Functions and other Finance teams.
The incumbent will analyze actuals against budget/forecast, supporting decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance. Additionally, they will provide commercial insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance.
Key responsibilities include preparing weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports (Profit and Loss) with variance analysis, managing working capital for the Group, and identifying and understanding business challenges, proposing and creating solutions.
For this role, a Master's degree in business administration in finance from a top business school or Chartered Accountant (CA) is required. A minimum of 10 years' experience in managing a similar role is also necessary, as well as a clear understanding and knowledge of sales and revenue drivers. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills are essential. Interpersonal communication and team management skills are crucial for success in this position.
