Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Design and configure workflows, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and streamline workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and provide training to L1/L2 teams.
  • Monitor and track metrics such as ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.
  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.

Location: Remote - 4-5 hours of PST (9:30pm- 2:30am IST)
