About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sailpoint Architect to join our team at Ilantus Services. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SailPoint IIQ/IDN solutions tailored to enterprise security and compliance requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Implementation: Architect and implement SailPoint IIQ/IDN solutions, ensuring adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001.
  • Identity Lifecycle Management: Design and optimize user provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and entitlements management.
  • Access Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements by configuring and fine-tuning access review campaigns, policy enforcements, and reporting capabilities.
  • Integration & API Development: Develop integrations with applications, directories, databases, and cloud platforms using SCIM, REST APIs, SOAP, JDBC, and custom connectors.
  • Customization & Scripting: Enhance out-of-the-box functionalities using Java, Beanshell, Python, PowerShell, and JSON-based workflows.
  • Cloud & Hybrid IAM Solutions: Deploy, configure, and optimize SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) for cloud-based identity governance in hybrid IT environments.
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM) Integration: Work on integrations between SailPoint and PAM tools like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and Thycotic.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business units, security teams, application owners, and auditors to ensure a seamless IAM experience.
  • Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting: Optimize system performance, resolve issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of IAM solutions.
  • Security Risk Management: Identify security vulnerabilities and recommend IAM controls to mitigate insider threats, unauthorized access, and policy violations.
  • Training & Documentation: Provide guidance to internal teams, develop knowledge base articles, and document technical configurations, use cases, and operational processes.
Requirements:

Key Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in IAM, with at least 5 years working on SailPoint IIQ/IDN.
  • Strong expertise in SailPoint IIQ workflows, connectors, and rule customization.
  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN), including cloud governance and SaaS integrations.
  • Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, and scripting languages like Python and PowerShell.
  • Experience in integrating IAM solutions with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow).
  • Knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD) and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Kerberos).
  • Familiarity with database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and IAM logs analysis (Splunk, ELK Stack).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001)
