The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in landscape design and project management. The Urban Landscape Design Studio is a dynamic, design-focused studio specializing in landscape design and master planning. We work at scale, partnering with real estate developers to shape large-scale projects across India and the Middle East.

  1. Design and Coordination: Effective collaboration with clients to ensure clear communication and alignment with project goals.
  2. Project Documentation: Preparing and delivering project documentation in accordance with specified stages and requirements.
  3. Resource Management: Efficiently managing project resources while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
  4. BOQs and Cost Estimates: Preparing BOQs and cost estimates, as well as overseeing construction phases to ensure design intent is met.
  5. Leadership and Mentorship: Providing leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting a collaborative and innovative environment.

Qualifications for this role include:">

  • M.Arch in Landscape Architecture or B.Arch with relevant experience in landscape design.
  • Proficient in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects.
