Job Responsibilities:

Drive sales and marketing strategies to achieve zonal annual business targets, focusing on increasing sales volume and market penetration.

Develop and implement sales promotional activities to build brand awareness and market development efforts.

Conduct market studies to analyze trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights for refining sales and marketing strategies.

Identify and establish relationships with financially strong channel partners to expand market reach and create a direct and indirect channel network.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor ground-level sales activities, focusing on product visibility and sales growth.

Develop new business partners to expand product reach and coordinate with dealers and distributors to promote products.

Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying improvement areas and implementing measures to maximize satisfaction levels.

Act as a point of contact for clients in escalations and ensure continuous interaction with customers to address concerns.

Requirements:

Any Engineering or non-Engineering graduate with good analytical and communication skills.
