Job Overview
This role involves overseeing the educational programs and ensuring they meet the highest standards. The Lead Academic Team member will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality academic sessions to prospective parents and students.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and manage a team of educators specializing in the Cambridge curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan schedules and ensure educators are adequately trained and aligned with the latest curriculum and pedagogy.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with subject experts and graphic designers to develop high-quality educational materials.
- Deliver high-stakes or premium demo sessions showcasing best-in-class teaching practices.
- Monitor audience response and adapt approach for maximum conversion.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
- Improvement of demo-to-conversion rate over time.
- Quality Score of demo sessions based on audits.
- Timely and accurate updates to educational content and materials.
- Team performance metrics such as punctuality, quality, and feedback scores.
