This key position involves providing expert-level support and guidance in the area of Workday Expense Management. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of Workday Expenses, proficiency in using Workday HCM, and knowledge of related business processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide functional expertise for day-to-day support and development in Workday Expenses.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through seamless enhancements of new Workday features and functionality.
- Lead finance teams in designing, configuring, testing, and deploying best practice-based business processes and solutions within Workday.
- Act as the primary point of contact for data gathering, testing, and communication with key stakeholders and internal Business Systems teams.
- 6+ years of experience in Workday Expenses with a strong focus on the use of Workday HCM.
- Excellent knowledge of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder).
- Proven expertise in the Expense module; awareness of Workday's capabilities and limitations, familiarity with delivered functionality and reports.
- Experience with Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and integration development.
- Ability to customize Workday Expense and a willingness to expand expertise to encompass new areas of Expense Management.
