About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordination Specialist to lead the project planning, scheduling, and coordination process. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles and excellent communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, including critical path analysis and resource allocation.
  • Coordination with Stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, estimation, procurement, production, and billing departments.
  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Schedule Updates and Micro Scheduling: Update project schedules, prepare micro schedules, and ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Education: BE/Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience as a Facade project engineer.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Primavera P3 and P6, Auto CAD, and ISO-9001 Documentation.
  • Industry Experience: Preferably from facade industry.
