**Job Description:**

As a Business Analyst - Digital Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital products. Your expertise will be essential in bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Developing use cases and process flows to support efficient documentation and communication.
  • Facilitating backlog grooming sessions to prioritize and refine product features.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure user stories meet quality criteria and are 'Ready' for implementation.
  • Establishing and maintaining requirements management strategies to streamline processes and improve productivity.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 7+ years of experience in IT or Business Analysis, with a proven track record of researching, testing, documenting, and maintaining applications.
  • Experience working within Agile teams, with a strong understanding of Scrum principles.
  • Digitally savvy, with a passion for innovative and high-quality digital products.
  • Skilled in various business analysis techniques, including feature decomposition, context diagrams, stakeholder analysis, state diagrams, wireframes, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, use cases, business process definition, user stories, and backlog management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
