Job Title: Senior Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join our team at Thomas Talent Network. As a Senior Associate Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in representing attorneys facing disciplinary proceedings and providing effective legal counsel and defense strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent attorneys in disciplinary proceedings, including attending hearings and oral arguments
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to attorneys facing disciplinary actions
  • Develop comprehensive defense strategies tailored to each attorney's unique situation
  • Prepare persuasive legal arguments and gather evidence to defend attorneys against allegations of ethical misconduct
  • Engage in settlement negotiations with state bar associations when appropriate
Requirements:
  • 7 years of experience practicing law with a focus on litigation, legal ethics, and professional responsibility
  • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to assess complex legal issues and develop sound legal arguments
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively and persuasively
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines

Work Environment:
