Job Title

A senior interior design professional is needed to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent creative thinking skills, be able to create designs based on conversations with clients, and have a solid understanding of the interior design landscape and trends.

  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills are essential for regular interactions with clients to assess their needs and adjust an approach based on feedback.
  • Maintain familiarity with the interior design industry, including current trends and best practices.

This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, including owning the sales funnel and driving sales closure. Additionally, the successful candidate will own customer experience during a project, lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables, and own an end-to-end project lifecycle.

In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate should hold a graduation or relevant diploma in interior design, with at least 15 years of academic education. They should also have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an interior designer, having led and delivered a minimum of 5 to 6 residential projects. Strong knowledge of design tools, such as PPT presentation and AutoCAD, is required.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics and functionality, module planning), and civil works and services (specifications and installation details).

Furthermore, they should have experience creating BoQs for customers, coordinating with internal and external agencies, and possessing sales expertise in sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate behavioral attributes such as being result-oriented, a team player, having integrity and ethics, crisp and meaningful communication, and a willingness to learn and drive performance among independent team members.
